From a Personal Health Struggle to a Passion for Digital Wellbeing
Hi, I’m the creator of Better Digital Health — a space I built from a very personal starting point.
The idea and aim of this website began as a place to share my experiences dealing with dry eyes, a frustrating issue that pushed me to explore how digital habits, screen time, and lifestyle choices affect our health more than we often realize.
As I started researching treatments, reading studies, and testing small changes in my own daily routine, I found myself diving deeper into the wider world of digital health and wellness — from eye strain and sleep quality to wearable tech, online care, and the apps that now play such a big role in our wellbeing.
That journey made me realize something simple but important:
there’s a huge gap between all the technology available to us and the clear, practical knowledge people actually need to use it wisely.
Why I Created Better Digital Health
I started Better Digital Health to bridge that gap.
It’s an independent platform where I share insights, reflections, and resources about health in the digital age — how we use technology, how it affects our bodies and minds, and how we can make it work for us rather than against us.
This isn’t a corporate wellness site or a collection of sponsored posts.
It’s a personal project, built on curiosity, research, and a genuine wish to help others make sense of the growing digital health world.
What You’ll Find Here
Here, I write about topics like:

My goal is to share honest, thoughtful, and approachable content — not medical advice, but useful information that helps people feel more informed and in control of their health.
